Mobile access in three short steps
Three things decide whether mobile access works well: the browser on your phone, your sign-in, and where you keep the lobby afterwards. Start by opening the current site address in Chrome or Safari rather than an old saved link — a stale bookmark is the usual reason a page loads half-drawn. Next, check that your browser is current and that cookies are
allowed, because the one-time code step needs them to finish. Signing in takes your mobile number, the code we send, and a fingerprint if your handset supports it. Finally, add the lobby to your home screen so it opens like an app tile.
- Open the current address — Type the site address into Chrome or Safari instead of tapping an old bookmark. A stale saved link is the usual reason a lobby loads without its full layout.
- Check your browser — Make sure the browser is updated and cookies are allowed for the site. The one-time code step needs them to complete, and older builds simply stall there.
- Sign in and lock it down — Enter your mobile number, take the code we send, then switch on fingerprint sign-in if your handset has a reader. Re-entry stays quick without leaving the session open.
- Keep it on the home screen — Use your browser's add-to-home option so the lobby opens as a tile. It behaves like an app shortcut, and it always points at the current site.
